Aspen Leaf on Glass

Autumn Splendor #2

While fall Aspens are normally bright yellow, they can on occasion be a brilliant orange or red, which makes the trees bearing such leaves truly stand out in the crowd.

Thanks! It's really glass. A bunch of leaves had fallen on my glass patio table and I really liked the background that created so I singled one out to shoot.

There is something about leaves and the fall- It's kind of neat you find so many people (due to the on line/photo & various meme sites now; trying to capture what they see..and share it..positive-

It does look rather like ice but I like it on the glass table top, too! Very nice capture!

Regina: I think it's neat that so many people are sharing photos online, too. I'm amazed at how much talent and creativity there is out there.

Thanks, Linda! Photos can be found anywhere and everywhere.

This is beautiful. So simple yet awesome at the same time! Once again, you've nailed the colour and the texture. :o)

Thanks so much Penny! Leaves with such vibrant color are rare here in Colorado since Aspens mostly just turn yellow. The oranges and reds really stand out.
